Vegan Tahini Date Cookies Recipe

These cookies have the perfect melt in your mouth texture and the tahini and date flavored go so well together for a healthy dessert, snack, or even breakfast!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup tahini

2/3 cup date paste (1 cup packed pitted dates blended with 4 tablespoons water)

2 tablespoons oat flour

2 tablespoons almond flour

1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 1 tablespoon water

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

Splash of vanilla extract/powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheight.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

3. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
